We ensured seamless integration of CartaMe mobile app users with the existing loyalty program of the Three Prices retail chain

The Magnum retail chain gained access to a significant portion of a new audience for itself within the first days after the integration launch. CartaMe users, in turn, gained the ability to use a single Loyalty ID to participate in the Magnum club program without the need to re-register in the new system.<br> This made it possible to expand the reach of the Magnum club loyalty program through CartaMe's existing loyal audience and simplify the onboarding of new participants to the program.<br>

We ensured the integration of the CartaMe mobile app with the Belamarket Duty FREE retail chain's loyalty program, built on 1C: Trade Management 8.3, so that CartaMe users could automatically become program participants and immediately use loyalty benefits when making a purchase.<br> <br> The project's key feature was the customer scenario: the user could use the loyalty program directly at the point of sale at the border and instantly receive a discount without separate registration in the retail chain's system. This significantly shortened the customer journey and allowed new program participants to be enrolled at the moment of an actual purchase.<br> <br> As part of the project, the integration of CartaMe with the client's accounting system was configured, data exchange on new loyalty program participants was implemented, and the use of Loyalty ID as the program participant identifier was ensured. This eliminated the need for re-registration and provided quick access to discounts and benefits of the Belamarket Duty FREE chain.<br> <br> On the CartaMe side, API exchange specifications, a test environment and secure interaction logic between the systems were prepared. Additionally, mechanisms for secure data exchange and verification of correct participant registration in the client's system were implemented.<br>
